Kristin and Carter are such a beautiful couple (and are total naturals in front of the camera)! For their engagement session, they chose this beautiful park in Palo Alto Hills. It was the perfect spot to capture their engagement photos! Warm, sunny Bay Area weather plus the most vibrant, scenic backdrops- sounds like a dream to me!

I love how Kristin’s blue floral printed dress and Carter’s suit contrasted so nicely against the more organic background. For their second look the opted for a cozy sweater, plaid button up, and jeans- this is always a classic, timeless look! Most of my couples choose two outfits for their engagement session, this adds even more variety to the photos. Plus, it gives them options when printing photos or designing their save-the-dates. One casual outfit and one dressier outfit is a great idea for engagement photos, this is what Kristin & Carter did and it worked perfectly!

I am so excited to photograph their California coastal wedding later this summer! I already know it’s going to be such a gorgeous celebration with Charmed Events!
