Lifestyle sessions will always be such a favorite of mine since I began my business over 11 years ago photographing families. Over the years I have photographed hundreds of families and so many newborn sessions! My take on newborn photography is a bit more natural and relaxed and always takes place in the comfort of my clients home. I love capturing portraits of the baby, details of his or her nursery, and lots of family photos of everyone snuggled up together! Overly posed photos or having a ton of props doesn’t look or feel natural at all, so documenting your family with a more “lifestyle” approach will give you much sweeter, realistic photos that truly reflect your family.

I have known this family for quite a few years now! I photographed their son’s newborn session, their family photos, maternity photos, and now the welcoming of their new baby girl! They are such a sweet family and have the cutest style (I wish those crib sheets came in a larger size for my bed haha!).

It’s always so fun getting to document these moments for my returning clients and I love seeing their families grow!
